
Overview
What is it?
An Internet Individuals Cheerleading competition.
Athletes are rated by Cheer Power's professional staff of cheer and dance judges and by fans on line. (25% fan votes and 75% judging panel).
The fan vote is based on a rating system from 1 to 10 (10 being the best).
Cost:
$50 per video (only 1 individual event per video allowed).
Record your individual routine on your Cell Phone or other suitable video recording devices.
Include
a creative introduction at the beginning of your recording.
This introduction must include your name, program, age division and event
and should not exceed 15 seconds.
You may submit a video from prior Cheer Power Individuals Competitions.
However, it must include the required introduction.

Videos will not be posted for viewing and rating until
registration
and payment is received and processed.
There are no pre-qualification requirements.
You must represent an All-Star, School, Recreation or Youth
League Program. Coaches can enter in the Open or Pro-Open division.
What
are
the
dates of the competition?
Winter Competition Dates: December 1, 2011 through February 7, 2012
Summer Competition Dates: June 1, 2012 through August 1, 2012
All videos must be received 1 week prior to ending date of
each Competition.
What do I win?
The Individual Event winners
in every division with the highest combined
judges and fan score at the end of each time frame will win a plaque
and be featured on
cheerpower.varsity.com
Top 3 Individuals in each division will receive a bid to
Nation’s Best Individual
Highest Score:
The Individual Event (solo or group)
with the highest combined score at the end of each time frame will win:
A paid bid to compete in their
winning event at the
Nation’s Best Individual
A National Champion Jacket.
A feature in American Cheerleader Magazine.
Rules
Performances must follow Cheer Power and Power Dance
Individual Event Guidelines and Restrictions.
Cheer Power and Power Dance Individual Event Age
Divisions are used.
Age is determined as of August 31, 2010.
All individuals will compete together by age and event.
Individuals will only be separated by program type
if there are at least 5 individuals in each division.
(Ex:
Allstar, School, Youth League, Recreation etc)
Cheer Power/Power Dance has the right to combine or
separate
divisions based on the number of entries.
Payment and registration forms must be received before
your video is posted for rating.
